Al Mijlad is a town situated in the North Kordofan state of Sudan, Approximately 300 kilometers southwest of Khartoum. The town has a population of about 100, 000 people and is renowned for its rich cultural heritage, Natural beauty, And historical landmarks. One of the most notable landmarks in Al Mijlad is the Al-Mirghani Mosque. This mosque was constructed during the Ottoman Empire period and has been well-preserved over time. It features intricate architectural designs that reflect Islamic artistry from that era.
