Huadian is a small city located in the Jilin Province of northeastern China. It is situated on the banks of the Songhua River, Which flows through the city and provides it with its main source of water. The city has a population of approximately 500, 000 people and covers an area of about 4, 800 square kilometers. Huadian has a long history that dates back to ancient times.
