Kiambu is a county in central Kenya, Located approximately 20 kilometers from the capital city of Nairobi. It is one of the most populous counties in Kenya, With a population of over 2 million people. The county covers an area of approximately 2, 500 square kilometers and is known for its lush greenery and picturesque landscapes. The county has a rich history that dates back to the pre-colonial era when it was inhabited by various tribes such as the Kikuyu, Maasai, And Luo.

  3. Jomo Kenyatta, Kenya’s first president and a prominent figure in the country’s struggle for independence from British colonial rule, was born in Gatundu, Kiambu County.
