Pavlodar is a city located in the northeastern part of Kazakhstan, Situated on the banks of the Irtysh River. The city has a population of around 350, 000 people and covers an area of approximately 300 square kilometers. The history of Pavlodar dates back to the early 18th century when it was founded as a military fortress by Russian Cossacks. Today, It is one of Kazakhstan’s most important industrial centers and home to several major companies.
