Phủ Lý is a city located in the northern part of Vietnam, Specifically in the province of Hà Nam. The city is situated approximately 60 kilometers from Hanoi, The capital of Vietnam. It has a population of around 150, 000 people and covers an area of about 67 square kilometers. Phủ Lý has a rich history that dates back to the early years of Vietnamese civilization.
