Rubtsovsk is a city situated in the Altai Krai region of Russia, Located in the southwestern part of Siberia. The city has a population of around 150, 000 people and is one of the largest cities in the area. It was founded as a small settlement back in 1893 and later became an industrial hub due to its proximity to Kazakhstan.
