Viet Tri is a city located in the northern part of Vietnam, Approximately 80 kilometers from Hanoi. It serves as the capital of Phu Tho province and has a population of around 300, 000 people. The city has a rich history dating back to the Bronze Age, With archaeological sites indicating its significance as an important center for trade and commerce. The Hung Temple is one of Viet Tri’s most famous landmarks that sits atop Nghia Linh Mountain. This temple honors the Hung Kings who are recognized as Vietnam’s founders.

Every year on April 10th (Hung Kings’ Festival), Thousands of people visit this temple to pay their respects and celebrate Vietnamese culture.
