Arba Minch is a beautiful city situated in the southern region of Ethiopia. It has an elevation of 1, 278 meters above sea level and a population exceeding 100, 000 people. The name Arba Minch means forty springs in Amharic language due to the numerous springs found in the area. One of the primary tourist attractions in Arba Minch is Lake Chamo, Which is one of two lakes that form Nechisar National Park. The lake houses various wildlife species such as crocodiles, Hippos and over 200 bird species.
