  2. Club Aurora: Founded in 1935, they are known as El Equipo del Pueblo (The People’s Team). They have a strong rivalry with Jorge Wilstermann and have won several national championships.
  3. Club Universitario de Vinto: Founded in 1996, they play in the second division of Bolivian football. They are based in the town of Vinto, about 15 km from Cochabamba.
  4. Club San Jose de Colcapirhua: Founded in 1952, they play in the third division of Bolivian football. They are based in Colcapirhua, a suburb of Cochabamba.
  5. Club Deportivo Kala: Founded in 2007, they play futsal (indoor soccer) and have won several national championships.
  6. Club Olympic Villa Tunari: Founded in 1984, they play basketball and have won several national championships.

Club Petrolero de Yacuiba: Although not based directly out of Cochabamba but rather Yacuiba which is located south-western Bolivia near Argentina border; founded on October 19th ,1990; originally was created for oil workers but later became professionalized; it has played both soccer and basketball at different times throughout its history winning national titles as well as qualifying for international tournaments such as Copa Sudamericana or Libertadores Cup
