Dongyang is a city located in the northeast of Zhejiang province, China, And is known for its cultural heritage and natural scenery. The population of the city is over 1 million people, With most being Han Chinese. The history of Dongyang dates back over 5, 000 years to the Neolithic Age. During the Tang Dynasty, Dongyang was a significant trading center due to its location on the Grand Canal.
