Esenyurt is a district in Istanbul, Turkey that has experienced significant growth in recent years. It is located on the European side of the city and shares borders with Avcilar to the west, Beylikduzu to the south, And Buyukcekmece to the northwest. The district covers an area of approximately 3, 000 hectares and has a population of over 850, 000 people. One of the main drivers behind Esenyurt’s growth is its strategic location. It is situated near Istanbul’s new airport and enjoys easy access to major highways like E-5 and TEM.

This makes it an attractive destination for businesses as well as residents who work in other parts of Istanbul but seek affordable housing options. Esenyurt also boasts a wide range of amenities such as shopping centers like Marmara Park and Torium that offer both international brands alongside local shops selling traditional Turkish goods. There are also numerous restaurants serving both Turkish cuisine and international dishes. In terms of education, Esenyurt has several universities including Istanbul Esenyurt University which was established in 2013. The university offers courses in fields such as engineering, Law, Business administration and health sciences.

Another notable feature of Esenyurt is its parks. The district has several green spaces including TUYAP Fairgrounds Park which hosts events throughout the year such as book fairs and art exhibitions. Despite its rapid development, There are still some challenges facing Esenyurt such as traffic congestion during peak hours due to increased population density while air pollution levels have risen due to industrialization around the area.

Overall though, With its convenient location combined with growing infrastructure coupled with affordable housing options compared to other parts of Istanbul make it an attractive option for those looking for a place to live or invest in Turkey’s largest city.
