Geelong is a city located in Victoria, Australia, And has a population of over 250, 000 people. It is situated on Corio Bay and is the second-largest city in Victoria after Melbourne. The history of Geelong dates back to the early 1800s when it was first settled by Europeans. The city played an important role in the wool industry during the 19th century and later became known for its manufacturing industries such as Ford Motor Company and Alcoa Aluminium.
