Guigang is a city in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China. It has a population of over 4 million people and covers an area of 10, 596 square kilometers. The city is surrounded by mountains on three sides and is located in the middle reaches of the Xijiang River, Making it an excellent location for agriculture. The history of Guigang dates back to the Han Dynasty when it was known as Qingping and served as an important trading post between Central China and Southeast Asia.

During World War II, Guigang played a significant role in China’s revolution against Japanese occupation. Today, Guigang is known for its abundant natural resources such as coal, Iron ore, Manganese ore, Limestone and granite.
