Hà Tĩnh is a province located in central Vietnam, With its capital city being Hà Tĩnh City. The province covers an area of 6, 053 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 1.3 million people. It is situated along the coast of the South China Sea and shares borders with Nghe An Province to the north, Quang Binh Province to the south, Laos to the west, And Ha Tinh Bay to the east.
