Jind is a city located in the northern state of Haryana, India. It is situated on the banks of the river Yamuna and covers an area of 5, 000 square kilometers. Jind has a rich cultural history and is known for its ancient temples, Forts, And palaces. The city was founded by Raja Gajpat Singh in 1763 AD. He named it after his grandfather Jainti Deva who was a famous ruler of the region. The city served as an important center for trade between Delhi and Punjab during the Mughal era.

One of the major attractions in Jind is its magnificent palace called Rani Talab Mahal. This palace was built by Queen Victoria during her visit to India in 1876 AD. It has beautiful architecture with intricate carvings and paintings on its walls. Another popular landmark in Jind is the Bhuteshwar Temple which dates back to the 12th century AD.
