Jurupa Valley is a city in Riverside County, California with a population of approximately 106, 000 people. It was incorporated as a city on July 1, 2011 and covers an area of about 43 square miles in the western part of Riverside County. The city has several parks and recreational areas that offer outdoor activities for residents and visitors. The Jurupa Mountains Discovery Center offers hiking trails, Exhibits showcasing local flora and fauna, As well as educational programs for children. Rancho Jurupa Regional Park features picnic areas, Fishing ponds, Playgrounds for children and camping facilities.

Jurupa Valley is also known for its equestrian culture with several horse ranches offering lessons, Trail rides through scenic landscapes as well as boarding facilities.
