Kuaidamao is a town in northeastern China’s Liaoning province, Located on the banks of the Hun River. The town covers an area of about 50 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 20, 000 people. The name Kuaidamao means fast horse hair in English, Which refers to a type of horsehair once used to make brushes for calligraphy and painting. The town has a long history dating back to ancient times when it was known as Liaohe City during the Liao Dynasty (907-1125). It became an important trading center for goods such as silk, Tea, And porcelain.
