Longueuil is a city in Quebec, Canada, Located on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River and part of the Greater Montreal Area. Sports Teams

  1. Longueuil Collège Français – This junior ice hockey team was founded in 1991 and plays in the Quebec Junior Hockey League (QJHL). They have won three league championships (in 2005, 2010, and 2015) and have produced several NHL players.
  2. Longueuil Ducs – This senior ice hockey team was founded in 1977 and played in various leagues over the years, including the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey (LNAH) and Ligue de Hockey Senior AAA du Québec (LHSAAAQ). They won three LHSAAAQ championships (in 1984, 1986, and 1991).
  3. Longueuil Olympique – This soccer club was founded in 1979 and played in various leagues over the years, including the Canadian Soccer League (CSL) and Première Ligue de soccer du Québec (PLSQ). They won two CSL championships (in 1983 and 1984) before folding in the mid-1990s.
