Madhyamgram is a city located in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal, India. Its name translates to middle village in Bengali and it is situated between Kolkata and Barasat. The city has a rich history dating back to the British era when it served as a major transportation hub for goods and people travelling between Kolkata and other parts of Bengal. Today, Madhyamgram is known for its vibrant culture, Bustling markets, Beautiful temples, Excellent healthcare facilities, And prominent educational institutions. The Kali Temple located on Jessore Road is one of the main attractions in Madhyamgram.

It attracts devotees from across West Bengal who come here seeking blessings from Goddess Kali. Another popular attraction in Madhyamgram is the Bongaon Bird Sanctuary which houses over 70 species of birds including migratory birds like Siberian Cranes.
