Muzaffargarh is a city in the southwestern region of Punjab province, Pakistan. It is located on the banks of Chenab River and has a rich history dating back to ancient times when it was known as Uch Sharif. During British rule in India, Muzaffargarh was established by Nawab Muzaffar Khan. Today, It is home to over 200, 000 people and serves as an important commercial center for agricultural products such as cotton, Wheat, Sugarcane, And rice. One of its most notable landmarks is Qasim Fort or Kot Qasim Khan which was built during the 18th century by Nawab Qasim Khan.
