1. Litti Chokha:

   A traditional Bihari dish made of roasted wheat balls stuffed with sattu (roasted gram flour) and served with mashed potatoes, baingan bharta (mashed eggplant), and chutney. Some popular restaurants serving Litti Chokha in Patna are Baba Litti Bhandar, Ghar Aangan Restaurant, and Pind Balluchi.
