Unwana is a serene town located in Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Nigeria. It is situated in the southeastern part of Nigeria and shares borders with other towns such as Amasiri, Okposi, And Uburu. The town has a population of about 10, 000 people who are mostly farmers. The name Unwana was derived from the Igbo language which means the place where one can find peace. This name perfectly describes the environment that Unwana offers its inhabitants.
