Xiangtan, Located in the central part of Hunan Province, China, Is a large city covering an area of 5, 000 square kilometers. With a population of over three million people, It is one of the most populous cities in Hunan. The city has a long history dating back to over 2, 000 years ago when it was established as a county during the Han Dynasty.
