Yicheng is a small city located in the southeastern part of Hubei Province, China. The city covers an area of 2, 270 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 1.3 million people. Yicheng is situated on the banks of the Yangtze River, Which flows through the city and provides an important transportation route for goods and people. The history of Yicheng dates back over 2, 000 years to the Han dynasty when it was known as Yidu County.
