Ado-Ekiti, Located in southwestern Nigeria, Is the capital city of Ekiti State. It sits on a plateau with an elevation of over 1, 000 feet above sea level and has a population of approximately 500, 000 people. The city is renowned for its rich cultural heritage and historical landmarks. One of Ado-Ekiti’s most notable landmarks is the Ewi’s Palace.
