Batman is a city located in southeastern Turkey, Near the borders of Iran and Iraq. It sits on the banks of the Batman River, Which flows into the Tigris River. The city has a population of around 400, 000 people and covers an area of 4, 649 square kilometers. The history of Batman dates back to ancient times when it was known as Bitlis.
