Belgorod is a city located in the western part of Russia, Near the Ukrainian border. It is the administrative center of Belgorod Oblast and has a population of approximately 400, 000 people. The city was founded in 1596 and has a rich history dating back to the times of ancient Russia. One of the most notable features of Belgorod is its stunning architecture. The city boasts numerous beautiful buildings that reflect its rich cultural heritage.

Some examples include the Transfiguration Cathedral, Which was built in 1703 and features intricate frescoes and murals; the Governor’s Palace, Which dates back to 1777 and now houses a museum; and the Holy Trinity Monastery, Which was founded in 1690.
