Biu is a city located in the northeastern region of Nigeria, Specifically in Borno State. It is situated on the southern edge of the Mandara Mountains, Which is a range that extends across northeastern Nigeria and Cameroon. Biu has a rich cultural heritage, With its people speaking the Birom language and practicing traditional customs such as dance and music.
