Brājarājnagar is a city located in the Jharsuguda district of the Indian state of Odisha. It was founded by Braja Sundar Deb in 1931 and was formerly known as Raja Nagar. The city is situated on the banks of the river Ib, Which adds to its scenic beauty. Brājarājnagar is well-known for its industrial development, Particularly in aluminum production. The Hirakud Dam, One of India’s largest dams, Is located nearby and provides water for irrigation and power generation.
