Bryansk is a city in western Russia, Near the Belarus border. It is the administrative center of Bryansk Oblast and has a population of approximately 415, 000 people. The city has a rich history dating back to the 11th century when it was part of Kievan Rus. It later became part of various empires such as Mongol Empire, Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, And Russian Empire. One of Bryansk’s most notable landmarks is its Kremlin fortress which was originally built in the 14th century but destroyed during World War II.
