Yuxi is a beautiful city located in the Yunnan Province of China. It is situated approximately 90 kilometers south of Kunming, The provincial capital. The city has a population of around 2 million people and covers an area of about 15, 000 square kilometers. Yuxi has a rich history that dates back to over 2, 400 years ago when it was founded during the Warring States period. The city is surrounded by mountains on three sides and is known for its picturesque scenery and mild climate throughout the year.

The city’s main attraction is Fuxian Lake, Which is one of China’s largest freshwater lakes and home to many species of fish including carp, Tilapia, And catfish. The lake also boasts crystal-clear waters that are perfect for swimming or boating activities. Visitors can take a boat ride around the lake while enjoying breathtaking views of surrounding mountains. Another popular attraction in Yuxi City is Tonghai Ancient Town which dates back to over 1, 300 years ago during Tang Dynasty (618-907). It features well-preserved ancient architecture such as temples, Pagodas and traditional houses made from wood or brick.
