  5. Although not directly held in Cariacica but nearby city Vitória hosts Festival Nacional de Teatro Infantil de Vitória every year which showcases various plays from different parts of Brazil for children.
  6. Festa Junina or June Festivals are also celebrated here like many other places in Brazil where people dress up as farmers or rural dwellers to celebrate the harvest season with traditional foods such as corn on cob (pamonha), sweet potato pies (batata-doce), rice pudding (arroz doce) etc.
