Chānda, Also known as Chandrapur, Is a city situated in the state of Maharashtra in India. It is located on the banks of the Wardha River and is surrounded by dense forests and hills. The city has a rich cultural heritage and is well-known for its natural beauty, Wildlife sanctuaries, And historical monuments. One of the most popular tourist attractions in Chānda is Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. This reserve covers an area of over 1, 700 square kilometers and houses various flora and fauna species including tigers, Leopards, Sloth bears, Indian bison, Sambar deer among others.
