Ellore, Also known as Eluru, Is a city located in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is situated on the banks of the Tammileru River and has a rich history that dates back to the 2nd century BC. The city was ruled by various dynasties such as Satavahanas, Chalukyas, Kakatiyas, Vijayanagara Empire and Qutb Shahis.
