Kamëz is a small town located in the central part of Albania, About 8 kilometers northwest of Tirana, The capital city. With a population of around 70, 000 people, It is one of the fastest-growing towns in the country and covers an area of approximately 30 square kilometers. The town is surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains and has a rich history dating back to ancient times. Throughout its history, Kamëz has been under various rulers including Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Ottomans and Albanians.
