Kānchrāpāra is a city situated in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal, India. The city has a rich history dating back to ancient times and has been an important center for trade and commerce since then. It is located on the banks of the River Hooghly and is approximately 50 kilometers from Kolkata, The capital city of West Bengal. One of Kānchrāpāra’s major attractions is its railway station which was built during British rule in India. It serves as an important hub for trains running between Kolkata and other parts of West Bengal.
