Khomeynī Shahr is a city located in the Isfahan Province of Iran, Situated about 30 kilometers to the northwest of Isfahan. The city was named after Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Who played a significant role in the Iranian Revolution of 1979. The region has a rich history dating back to ancient times and served as an important center for Islamic learning and culture during medieval times.
