Kisi is a town located in the southwestern part of Nigeria, Specifically in the state of Oyo. It is situated on the hills of the Oke-Ogun region and has a population of approximately 50, 000 people. The town is known for its rich cultural heritage and history that dates back to pre-colonial times. One of Kisi’s most notable features is its unique architecture. The town boasts an array of traditional houses that are built with mud bricks and covered with thatched roofs.

These houses are designed to withstand heavy rainfall during the rainy season while also providing natural insulation during hot weather. Kisi is also home to several tourist attractions, Including the Kisi Waterfalls. This waterfall is located on the outskirts of town and offers visitors a breathtaking view as water cascades down from a height of over 10 meters into a pool below. Another attraction in Kisi is its annual Egungun Festival which takes place every year between January and February.
