  2. P.V Narasimha Rao was born on June 28, 1921, in Laknepalli village near Miriālgūda. He served as the ninth Prime Minister of India and also as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
  3. Gaddar or Gummadi Vittal Rao is a revolutionary singer and activist who fought for social justice and equality throughout his life. He hails from Jillella village near Miriālgūda.
