San Diego is a city located in the Carabobo state of Venezuela, Known for its rich history, Stunning architecture, And vibrant culture.   2. Francisco de Miranda: This Venezuelan revolutionary was born in nearby Caracas but spent time studying at the Colegio Seminario de Santa Rosa de Lima in San Diego as a young man.
