Sunrise Manor is a census-designated place situated on the eastern side of the Las Vegas Valley in Clark County, Nevada, United States. It is part of the Las Vegas metropolitan area and has a population of approximately 189, 000 residents covering an area of 33 square miles. The community’s history dates back to the early 1900s when it was primarily used for agriculture and named after Peter Buol, A local rancher who owned land in the region. In the late 1940s, Development began to take place as people moved into Sunrise Manor seeking employment opportunities.

Today, Sunrise Manor serves as a residential suburb for those working in nearby Las Vegas or Henderson. The community offers affordable housing options with many single-family homes and apartments available for rent or purchase. There are also several retirement communities catering to seniors looking for an active lifestyle.
