Yibin is a beautiful city located in the southern part of Sichuan province, China. It is situated at the confluence of several rivers including the Minjiang River and the Yangtze River. The city covers an area of 13, 283 square kilometers and has a population of over 4 million people. The history of Yibin dates back to more than 2000 years ago when it was known as Xuzhou during the Han Dynasty. The city played an important role in ancient China as a center for trade and commerce due to its strategic location near major waterways.

One of the most popular tourist attractions in Yibin is the Cuiping Mountain Scenic Area.
