Choloma is a city located in the Cortés Department of Honduras, Situated in the northwestern part of the country. It is known as one of the most important industrial and commercial centers in Honduras, With a population of nearly 300, 000 people. The city is situated on the banks of the Chamelecon River and has a tropical climate. Choloma’s economy relies heavily on manufacturing and agriculture. The city boasts several large factories that produce textiles, Clothing, Plastics, And other goods for export to international markets.

Additionally, Choloma has fertile land that supports crops such as coffee, Bananas, Sugarcane, And citrus fruits. The city has several notable landmarks that attract tourists from all over Honduras. One such landmark is San Isidro Labrador Church which dates back to 1890s. This beautiful church features Gothic-style architecture with intricate carvings on its façade.
