Kesbewa is a serene town located in Sri Lanka’s Colombo district. It is situated around 20 kilometers southeast of Colombo and can be easily accessed via the Southern Expressway. The town has a population of approximately 50, 000 people and is renowned for its lush greenery, Picturesque landscapes, And cultural significance. One of Kesbewa’s primary attractions is the Kotte Rajamaha Viharaya temple. This ancient Buddhist temple dates back to the 16th century and showcases stunning murals that depict various scenes from Buddhist mythology.
